Elegantly crafted in a Spanish style from grapes originating in the Columbia Valley appellation in Washington, Symphony is a harmonious composition featuring predominantly 50% Tempranillo blended with 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 7% Merlot and 5% Syrah. Aged 20 months in Euro-American barrels, the wine is dark crimson with ubiquitous zest in ripe red fruit and exotic spices. On the palate is a graceful overture of tart red cranberries and black cherries with balanced acidic notes. The finish is a delightful orchestra of chocolate, tobacco, leather and pepper.
